During this time people may be feeling many different emotions. Here is some information to support both adults and young people. All websites are recommended by our CAMHS partners or the Government. Please remember, self care is not selfish.

If someone out of hours needs to speak to someone immediately about an urgent mental health concern they can call 01924 316830, this is supported by CAMHS.
